Chest Circumference Measure around the widest part of the chest. 3. Waist Circumference Measure around your natural waistline (where you normally bend). 4. Sleeve Length Measure from the shoulder edge down to the wrist. 5. Upper Arm Circumference Measure around the widest part of the upper arm (bicep). 6. Wrist Circumference Measure around the wrist. 7. Shoulder Width Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder. 8. Back Width Measure across the upper back from armpit to armpit. 9. Nape to Waist Length Measure from the nape of the neck down to the natural waistline.
