On the back, it features a beautiful embroidered icon of the Mandylion. The Epitrachelion (Stole) features a masterfully embroidered icon of Saint Ephraim the Syrian. Length of the Vestment Measure from the nape of the neck (back of the neck) straight down to where you would like the vestment to end. 2. Chest Circumference Measure around the widest part of the chest. 3. Waist Circumference Measure around your natural waistline (where you normally bend). 4. Sleeve Length Measure from the shoulder edge down to the wrist. 5. Upper Arm Circumference Measure around the widest part of the upper arm (bicep). 6. Wrist Circumference Measure around the wrist. 7. Shoulder Width Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder. 8. Back Width Measure across the upper back from armpit to armpit. 9. Nape to Waist Length Measure from the nape of the neck down to the natural waistline.
